When will my order ship?
Orders, generally ship within one to two business days. If you order on a Friday, it may not ship until Monday.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your card will be charged immediately upon purchase, even if your order has not shipped yet.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside of the continental US.
Where can I find your products?
You can find our products online or in your favorite store. If they don’t carry our products yet, send them our way. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
How big are your puzzles?
Our 300- & 500-Piece Puzzles are 24x18 inches & our 1000 Piece Puzzles are 27x20 inches. You can order them here.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, our retail customers can get free shipping on any order over $160. We also offer discounted shipping for every $19.99 (one of our 500 or 1000 piece puzzles) you spend on our store.
Who takes your photos?
All of our photos are taken by Phil Stagg. You can find more info about Phil here.
Do you accept Apple or Google Pay?
Yes, you can pay via Apple or Google Pay on any device that allows for that payment method.
Where are you located?
We are located in Cadillac Michigan.
Do you sell to retail stores?
Yes, we are currently in hundreds of stores around the state of MI. We even sell to stores all around the states. If you would like to order for your store, click here.
How long did it take you to write the Guidebooks to Michigans Waterfalls?
I started hiking and photographing the waterfalls in 2009. It took many trips and countless days, to collect all the data I wanted for the books. After I had most of the waterfalls photographed, I began to write the books. It took a few years just compiling all the data, drawing the maps, writing descriptions, and more… I released the first book in January of 2016. Since then, I have released the other three Books, The Collection (which has a third of the waterfalls from the four book set in one), and a revised version of Book 1 and the Collection (which includes numerous new waterfalls). Are your products made in the USA?
Yes, all of our products are made in America, besides our notepads (made in Canada). We are all about supporting local businesses and keeping America thriving.
What Shipping carrier will my order ship with?
Our products ship with the cheapest carrier at time of shipping (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Where do I enter my promo code?
Promo codes can be entered on the first page of the cart before entering your email address.
A product I wanted is out of stock, do you know when you will have more available?
We cannot guarantee when a product will be back in stock as there are many variables that play a part in this system. We will update our website if/when we get more in stock.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
The only product we offer bulk discounts with are our Door Pulls. We do offer discounts on shipping. You can even receive free shipping if your order is over $160.

We started Phil Stagg Photography in 2015.
